Product terms.

How Stack works between us and your business.

The short version

Your data is yours. Export it any time.
Month to month, with no lock-in.
AI is clever — but double-check what matters.
01

Who these terms are for

These terms apply to businesses using Stack and any other ThinkSwift products (“the products”). Your quote or order form sets out your plan and fees, and forms part of these terms.

02

Your account

  • Keep your login details safe and use strong passwords.
  • You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone’s accessed it without permission.
03

Fees and billing

Fees are set out in your quote and billed monthly in advance. Plans run month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices.

04

Your data

You own the information you put into the products. We only use it to provide, support and improve the service for you, as our privacy policy describes.

You can export your data at any time. When you leave, we keep it for 30 days so you can grab anything you need, then securely delete it.

05

AI-generated content

Stack uses AI to draft replies, summaries and other content. AI can make mistakes, so please check anything important — like prices, bookings or advice — before relying on it.

06

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the products to:

  • Break the law, or mislead or harass anyone.
  • Send spam or unsolicited marketing calls.
  • Upload anything harmful, like viruses or malicious code.
  • Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the products.
07

Availability and support

We work hard to keep the products running smoothly and fix issues quickly. Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time. Support is available by email during business hours.

08

Ending the service

You can cancel any time with notice, as above. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached, but we’ll talk to you first where we can.

09

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change affects you in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
