- Software and dependencies are kept up to date.
- Test and live data are kept separate.
- Access is removed promptly when people leave.

If something goes wrong
If we find a security incident, we act fast to contain it, work out what happened and fix the cause. We’ll tell affected customers quickly and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies, notify the OAIC and the people affected.

If you think you’ve found a security issue, please email hello@thinkswift.au with the details. Give us a reasonable chance to fix it before sharing it publicly — we’ll reply quickly and keep you updated.
